Baby spinach, seedless watermelon, sliced red onion with a citrus vinaigrette

Mixed greens, blood orange segments, shaved carrot
& toasted pine nuts with a citrus pine nut dressing

Almond encrusted halibut topped with a fiesta salsa
Pan seared and baked halibut with a nectarine chutney
Teryaki marinated seared Ahi tuna
Grilled Ahi tuna with a caper vinaigrette
Sicilian Sea Bass prepared with fennel, diced tomatoes & fresh dill
Mahi Mahi topped with a wild mushroom duxelle and a black pepper cream sauce
